EazyIron is a platform that offers ironing and dry-cleaning services through a mobile application. Customers can easily register, place orders, and manage their ironing & dry-cleaning needs via the app.

A Dry-Cleaner is an established dry-cleaning business who partners with EazyIron to provide dry-cleaning services to customers.

You can become an EazyIron Dry-Cleaner by downloading the EazyIronDryClean app, registering your email ID and phone number, and uploading the necessary documents. Additionally, you need to sign a service agreement with EazyIron.

You can download the EazyIron Dry-Cleaner app from the respective app stores: App Store for iOS devices or Google Play Store for Android devices. Search for "EazyIronDryClean", download the app, and then follow the installation instructions.

Once you have downloaded the app, click on “Get Started” and then follow the steps below:

  • Enter details including name, business name, and email ID (to be verified).
  • Complete your profile by providing details including business location, employee info, how long you have been in business, and business GST number.
  • Enter your banking info for payments (Name as it appears in Bank account, Institute Number, Transit Number, Account Number).
  • Choose your availability by selecting business working hours.
  • Upload the necessary documents.

During the profile setup, upload essential documents such as:

  • Identity Document (e.g., Canadian Passport, Driver License, Services Card, Provincial Identity Document (BCID), PR Card, International Passport).
  • City Business License.

Unfortunately, we will need the required documents to process your registration.

Our audit team has shared the rejection reasons with you on your email. Please follow the instructions and upload the correct documents as specified.

At the time of registering yourself as a Dry-Cleaner, you can select the business working hours for each day of the week and you will be assigned orders as per the selected time.

Upon successful verification and approval of your profile, you will receive a confirmation notification or email from EazyIron indicating your authorized status as a Dry-Cleaner within the platform.

Regularly review, verify, and update your profile information, preferences, or details within the EazyIron Dry-Cleaner App to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with operational, regulatory, or organizational requirements.

Once your profile is approved, you have to log-in to the app which will allow you to see the orders placed by the customers for your business.

EazyIron provides the basic list of clothes. You need to provide all the clothing categories and item names that you can dry-clean to the EazyIron Support team so that they can upload those to your account. Once updated, customers will be able to see all the clothes you can dry-clean and order accordingly.

Promptly access the 'Incoming Order Details' section within the app to review essential information such as types of clothes, quantities, and scheduled times. Evaluate your operational capacity and confirm the order.

Yes, based on your current workload, availability, or other constraints, you can accept to work on multiple orders. You have to ensure that accepting multiple orders does not affect your on-time delivery.

Once you have accepted the order, a notification will be sent to the driver that you would be working on this order. The driver will deliver the clothes to be dry-cleaned to your place as per the scheduled time.

After you have accepted the order, the EazyIron Dry-Cleaner App will generate a unique 'Confirmation Code'. Verify the driver's identity and validate the successful delivery using the provided security code.

Thoroughly inspect, count, and cross-check the received clothes against the order details within the app. If discrepancies arise, communicate promptly with the EazyIron support team to resolve the issue efficiently.

Thoroughly inspect and if defective clothing is found in the received order, immediately inform the EazyIron support team and share pictures of the defective clothing so they can inform the customer accordingly.

Though it is always recommended to consider all circumstances before accepting the order, we understand that unforeseen situations may prevent you from completing the order on time. Please contact the EazyIron support team and explain the situation clearly so they can check with the customer and arrange a rescheduled delivery. Ensure you provide at least 12 working hours' advance notice before the pick-up time, within working hours (8 am-8 pm). Please note that this may impact your approval ratings.

If rescheduling is not an option and you must cancel the order, please contact the EazyIron support team and explain the situation clearly. They will make alternate arrangements to complete the order. Ensure you provide at least 12 working hours' advance notice before the pick-up time, within working hours (8 am-8 pm). Please note that canceling an order under any circumstances will have a negative impact on your approval ratings.

Once an order is accepted, the Dry-Cleaner is given a pre-agreed timeline to complete the order. After completing the order following the standard guidelines and procedures, navigate to the specific order in the app and toggle it as complete for pick-up. A code will be generated for the Dry-Cleaner to share with the driver at the time of pick-up.

It depends on multiple factors like how many clothes are in one order and your ratings.

The minimum value for an order will be $50. It could be more depending on the customer.

Ratings measure your efficiency, based on how many orders you’ve completed without negative feedback/comments from customers. Higher ratings attract more business.

Earnings are calculated, verified, and processed based on the total number of clothes dry-cleaned, completed orders, service fees, deductions, adjustments, or other relevant factors determined by EazyIron's pricing and payment model. These earnings are displayed as part of the order details, and the Dry-Cleaner is made aware of the potential earnings for each order.

EazyIron charges a platform fee from all the Dry-Cleaning partners. The platform fee is shared with all the Dry-Cleaners as part of the service agreement signed with them.

Dry-Cleaners receive payouts on a biweekly basis from EazyIron, aligning with the established payment cycle, schedule, or terms specified within the platform or agreement.

Providers can receive their earnings through direct deposits. The provider has to ensure the accuracy of banking details they have shared as part of the registration process.

Dry-Cleaners can track their earnings or payouts within the EazyIron platform through the Dry-Cleaner dashboard under the earnings tab.

In case of a missing payment or an incorrect payment, the Dry-Cleaner should get in touch with the EazyIron support team so they can take the appropriate action.

Dry-Cleaners must adhere to EazyIron's standard service quality, guidelines, or specifications related to dry-cleaning, customer interactions, order processing, and other relevant aspects to ensure consistency, satisfaction, and compliance.

EazyIron implements various security protocols, including background checks, secure payment methods, encrypted communication channels, and strict adherence to data protection regulations and applicable privacy laws to ensure the safety and security of Dry-Cleaners.

Dry-Cleaners can communicate or collaborate with EazyIron's support teams through email, phone, or designated communication channels to address concerns, resolve issues, seek guidance, or provide feedback related to service provision or operations.
